Meet Girod

Girod Jackson, III has been a lifelong resident of Marrero, he attended Estelle Elementary, Ellender Jr. High, and respectively graduated from John Ehret High School in 1990.Girod Jackson lll is a veteran of the Armed Forces, serving on active duty with the United States Army for 5 years and in the National Guard for 2 years. Girod Jackson lll attended Maryland University of Germany and City Colleges of Chicago. After working with state, local, and federal agencies as well as elected officials on various local and state projects Girod is extremely knowledgeable in local and state government.

Girod Jackson lll credits his success in his life to a strong faith in God, family, and community. Girod Jackson lll has owned a successful project management firm, and licensed commercial general contracting company since 2003. Girod Jackson lll credits his parents for teaching him leadership skills as well as giving him a strong desire to achieve his goals.
